MINIMUM 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities: - Cut, trim, and package meat products according to customer specifications - Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of the meat - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sanitizing equipment and utensils - Assist customers with their meat selection and provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with other team members in the kitchen or restaurant to ensure efficient food production Skills: - Culinary skills: Knowledge of various cooking techniques and ability to prepare meat dishes - Food preparation: Experience in preparing and handling different types of meat products - Food safety: Understanding of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices - Food production: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets - Restaurant or kitchen experience: Familiarity with working in a restaurant or commercial kitchen setting - Knife skills: Proficiency in using different types of knives for cutting, trimming, and slicing meat - Package handling: Ability to properly package meat products for display or storage - Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills to assist customers with their meat selection and provide a positive experience Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
