Do you have a passion for helping young children learn, grow, and have a blast? We're seeking a dynamic Early Education Quickball Instructor to join our team in Radnor, PA.

Thursday evenings (September 12th - October 17th, 4:45pm-6:00pm), we're launching a unique program that sets you up for success. Not only will you gain valuable skills, but this program could also lead to exciting future opportunities with us!
Quickball teaches the (Fun)damentals of baseball-softball by combining skills & sandlot fun. It builds a bridge to baseball and softball. Quickball is adaptable for all, making it an inclusive sport everyone can play together. It does not require gloves or large rosters, creating more opportunities for players of all ages and levels — from as young as three to high school, college and beyond — to get involved with the game. No prior baseball or softball experience is required!
Organizations that have partnered with Quickball include the Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation, the Toronto Blue Jays, USA Baseball, Michelle Obama's Let's Move Campaign, Babe Ruth Leagues, and, as of 2022, over 60 Little Leagues.
Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Leadership & Management:
- Execute the scheduled Quickball season, ensuring a smooth and successful program.
- Communicate effectively with program families and players.
- Coordinate the distribution of equipment and materials to participants.
- Coaching
- Be the champion for fun! Lead engaging and age-appropriate Quickball sessions, following our easy-to-follow curriculum.
- Motivate and encourage young players of all skill levels, fostering a love for sportsmanship and teamwork.
- Update attendance online and provide positive feedback to participating children and their families.

- Enjoys being active. You're comfortable leading energetic young players and demonstrating basic skills.
- Has strong communication skills. You can effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
