Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday occasions
- Help with the selection and purchasing of flowers and other necessary materials
- Arrange flowers in a visually appealing and artistic manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and order new materials as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and create unique designs
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their characteristics
- Proficiency in using floral design tools and equipment
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Basic understanding of retail math for pricing arrangements
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to sell floral products effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a floral design or related role is preferred
