What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admissions Representative position at Elaine Sterling Institute?
The Admissions Representative is a part of the Institute’s Admission and Recruitment team. The role involves supporting the Institute’s admissions functions by following working practices and procedures to ensure that the Institute complies with its responsibilities in legal compliance with excellent customer service and meets or exceeds Admissions goals.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Meet and exceed enrollment goals for target recruitment areas.
· Heavy outbound phone prospecting to company-provided and self-generated leads.
· Appointment setting for on-campus interviews and tours.
· Facilitate school tours with prospective students for all programs.
· Keep track of and make follow up phone calls and emails to enrolled and active students to collect needed/missing enrollment documents, including 30-Day Missing Documents
· Assist Admissions Representatives with Tracker updates and completions.
· Monitor and respond to the Admissions emails
· Assist in facilitating student orientations and communications as needed.
· Assist in the preparation of all materials and documentation for orientation as needed.
· Gather and upload new students’ required documentation
· Assist other Admissions Representatives prepare for College Fairs and High School Visits
· Always maintain a neat and tidy admissions office to reflect the mission and vision of The Elaine Sterling Institute.
· Assist with inventory all marketing, and promotional collateral.
· Enter and maintain leads and notes in student information software.
· Assist in the communication with candidates/students prior to the class start to identify and report potential problems to the Admissions Representatives.
· Other duties as assigned as needed.
Salary : $38,100 - $48,200
