As a Campus Partnerships & Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in expanding our presence on college campuses by assisting in sponsorship outreach, event planning, and relationship-building with university organizations. You will rotate through different aspects of our campus engagement strategy, gaining hands-on experience in marketing, partnerships, and event coordination.
What You Will Do :
- Rotate among various Campus Partnerships & Events functions, supporting outreach, event planning, and sponsorship initiatives.
- Research and build lists of top university events, student organizations, and Greek life chapters for partnership opportunities.
- Assist in crafting outreach emails, sponsorship proposals, and event partnership materials.
- Track and manage event schedules, sponsorship requests, and student engagement metrics.
- Support the team in coordinating and executing campus events, including product demos and giveaways.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions on marketing strategies, brand ambassador programs, and campus engagement tactics.
- Assist with social media efforts related to sponsored events and campus activations.
