ABOUT US: Elam Sports O`ahu has been providing care to active families on the west side of the island of O`ahu for over 25 years. We operate out of the largest independently owned stand-alone 4,860 sq.ft. building that includes a full weight training gym and indoor rehab pool with free convenient parking. We also utilize our 3,150 sq.ft. outdoor field turf for enhanced outdoor rehabilitation activities. In addition to physical therapy and athletic training services, we offer massage therapy. Our TEAM includes PTs, PTAs, LMTs, CSCSs, Techs and an awesome administrative staff. As you can tell, we offer a multi-disciplinary treatment approach which is unique in our region. The work environment is extremely casual, fun, friendly and patient-oriented. We currently have excellent TEAM members in this facility who feel that our clinic is a great place to work.
ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for an experienced medical biller to oversee and assist in claim submissions and collections for outpatient Physical Therapy claims in addition to assisting with front office medical receptionist responsibilities. Medical billing experience is required. Must be extremely honest, dependable, friendly, outgoing and competent. Experience working in the medical field is required and extremely strong computer skills is a must. Strong typing, 10-key and computer skills using web-based software, Excel, Word, email and internet is needed. This is a fun, hard-working company with a very enjoyable atmosphere. This is a full-time position which requires a full-time commitment. We offer incentive-based bonus programs in addition to full-time compensation.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
