Capital Project Manager - Engineering
This position is responsible for executing the strategic capital plan for Elanco's Elwood, KS monoclonal antibody (mAbs) manufacturing facility. The incumbent will oversee small and large-scale expansion projects as well as facility & utility upgrades and improvements. These projects will include the design, purchase, and installation of process equipment.
Your Responsibilities :
- Planning, organizing, allocating resources, and developing capital projects, timelines and budgets.
- Provide Engineering support in development of project specifications (URS, functional specification, detail design).
- Work with vendors and stake holders on design, installation, commissioning, factory acceptance test, startup, and validation of equipment.
- Oversee contractor personnel, ensuring projects are completed within the desired timelines, meeting Engineering, Quality and financial requirements.
- Review proposals and documents to verify adherence to project scope and technical expectations.
