Your Role: Capstone IT Application Administrator/Product Owner

In this role your core responsibility will be to support a specific Application or Product as part of a centralized IT team. Once that has been established, you will be assigned side projects supporting other IT departments. Our Capstone program is designed to provide students with relevant diverse career experiences.

• Application or Product Maintenance
• Requirements Gathering and Testing
• Process Documentation
• Enhancement Projects
• Vendor/stakeholder Management
• Organizational Change Management Communications
• Potentially Incorporate Generative AI
  
  

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Currently enrolled in an information sciences degree program e.g.: Information Technology, Computer Science, Informatics or related majors
• Individuals with strong communication and relationship building skills
• Have an interest in animal health
• Individuals with integrity, excellence, and respect for people
• Individuals who want to make a difference in someone else’s life
• Individuals who are willing to tackle complex problems using technology to improve business outcomes

Additional Information:

• Internship Dates: (Flexile) May or August 2025 – May 2026
• Full-time employment over the Summer (In Person)
• Part-time employment during the semester (Flex/Remote Opportunity)
• Location: Global Elanco Headquarters - Greenfield, IN - Hybrid Work Environment
• All students will be subject to Performance Reviews including feedback sessions

Elanco currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from XXX to XXX depending partly on the successful candidate’s qualifications, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending partly on company and individual performance). Additionally, Elanco offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees that includes a company-matching 401(k); vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities).
