Key Responsibilities:
- Medical Strategy: Lead the medical strategy for the US Pet Health portfolio, collaborating with the US Marketing Leadership Team, Category Directors, R&D, and Global Innovation to drive business performance and set strategic direction.
- KOL/Industry/Organizations: Develop and execute the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Program Strategy in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and consulting veterinary teams, building strong relationships with key veterinary organizations.
- Financial Management: Develop, manage, and ensure adherence to the annual budget for the medical strategy and conferences teams.
- Educational Events: Oversee the development and execution of the national conference and education strategic plan, managing the Conference and Live Events Manager.
