Your Role : Emergency Services Officer As an Emergency Services Officer, you will be an integral part of Clinton Laboratories' Emergency Services Department, ensuring the safety and security of the facility and its personnel.
Your primary responsibilities will include responding to emergency situations, overseeing asset protection services, and conducting routine safety and security operations.
You’ll lead and support emergency response efforts and work closely with other departments to maintain a safe and compliant environment. This position will offer a one-time sign-on bonus of $2,500! Your Responsibilities :
- Emergency Response & Incident Management : Provide immediate response to all emergency situations, including fires, spills, hazardous material releases, rescues, and medical incidents.
Act as the emergency response team leader during incidents, managing resources, making decisions, and ensuring safe and effective resolution.
Lead and perform fire suppression, spill mitigation, confined space rescue, and medical emergency response operations.
Continuously train and develop proficiency in the use of all emergency response tools, and provide training for other team members.
Ensure all equipment is operational and that safety protocols are followed during training and real-life incidents.
Process incoming traffic, deliveries, and visitors while maintaining a secure environment.
Respond to security breaches or violations of site policies, ensuring that emergency services are applied as necessary to protect the plant’s assets and personnel.
Act as the primary resource for severe weather notifications and help ensure that all team members are prepared for emergency weather responses.
Participate in safety drills and emergency response simulations, ensuring readiness for various potential incidents.
Assist in pre-emergency planning and the implementation of safety measures, collaborating with plant representatives and other stakeholders to ensure all safety regulations are met. What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications) :
Extensive overtime may be required.
