Position is based in Columbia SC and will require you to work out of an office for majority of the week (minimum 3 days).
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM system to ensure accurate sales data tracking.
- Proposal Support: Assist in crafting and updating sales proposals for prospective clients.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate ad-hoc reports and provide insights to support sales strategies.
- Bid Participation: Support the sales team in the bidding process by gathering data and preparing materials.
- Sales Team Support: Work closely with sales representatives to streamline operations and optimize workflow.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2 years in a sales operations, sales support, or data analytics role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), Excel, and reporting tools.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to support the sales team effectively.
