Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Operations. The role is based in Passaic, NJ, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations, manage and lead teams, analyze operational data, develop and manage budgets, and ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The role also involves strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence.
