Our client is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer with Instructional Design (ID) experience to develop innovative and engaging eLearning solutions within the financial services sector. This is a remote position with an opportunity for Chicago-based professionals to occasionally visit the office.
Role Overview
Location : USA remote with preference for Chicago-based candidates
Commitment : W2 hourly contract, up to 40 hours per week
Duration : Initially for 3-4 month contract , with a strong possibility of extension to a 1-year contract .
Start Date : March 3 / ASAP!
Key Responsibilities
Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond .
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex financial regulations and policies into accessible and engaging content.
Utilize existing templates, while infusing creative elements to enhance learning experiences.
Maintain autonomy in project management and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without oversight.
Requirements
10-15 years of experience in eLearning development, with significant ID exposure.
Strong video development skills
Strong background in the financial services industry, familiarized with its regulations and policies.
Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with SMEs and team members.
Provide samples of previous work demonstrating expertise in eLearning development and ID methodologies.
Successful completion of a background check.
