We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Responsibilities

Operate commercial hay grinder and various farm equipment safely and efficiently.
Drive semi-trucks to haul farm products to designated locations.
Perform general farm work, assisting with various tasks as needed.
Maintain equipment and ensure it is in excellent working condition.
Adhere to safety protocols and participate in pre-employment drug screening

Requirements

Previous truck driving experience and valid commercial driving license (CDL) for operating larger vehicles.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on machinery.

Familiarity with farm machinery and livestock operations is preferred.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work with other operators and customers.

Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational needs, while also accommodating personal schedules as needed.
