Job Summary :
The General Programmer / Analyst II Intermediate is a midlevel position for programming and data analysis. Primary activities and decisionmaking authority are predominantly performed independently that do affect business operations to a substantial degree.
Responsibilities and Tasks (listed in bullet format) in order of priority to be successful
- Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and revises computer programs systems and related procedures to process data.
- Prepares charts and diagrams to assist in problem analysis and submits recommendations for solution.
- Prepares program specifications and diagrams and develops coding logic flowcharts.
- Encodes tests debugs and installs the operating programs and procedures
- Installs the operating programs in coordination with computer operations and user departments.
- Other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
