Position Overview: Under the supervision of the Procurement Manager and overall accountability to the EMHC CEO, the Fleet & Housing Coordinator is responsible for leasing, tracking, and maintaining EMHC's GSA vehicles and housing units. This position ensures compliance with policies, coordinates maintenance schedules, and develops procedures for efficient fleet and housing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a working relationship with General Services Administration (GSA) to manage leased vehicles.
- Assess and determine the appropriate number of GSA vehicles needed for EMHC operations.
- Work with the Procurement Manager and CFO to create an operating budget for fleet acquisition and maintenance.
- Assign vehicles to departments and ensure staff compliance with usage policies.
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and tracking logs for fleet and housing management.
- Monitor vehicle use and report any misuse or policy violations.
- Schedule and track vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure fleet safety.
- Oversee the management of EMHC's locum housing and apartments, including lease agreements and key distribution.
- Ensure all rental payments are tracked and paid in coordination with the CFO/AP Specialist.
- Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance for housing units.
- Ensure vacated housing units are cleaned and prepared for new tenants.
- Maintain detailed records and reports related to fleet and housing operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Administration or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordination/management required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Knowledge of fleet management, housing coordination, and procurement processes.
- Valid North Dakota driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol screening per policy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
