Job Description
As we are growing our customer portfolio in global sports tournaments, SECUTIX is now expanding its Professional Services team. We are looking for a talented individual to join our US-based team, whose mission is to deploy and configure our Ticketing Platform, to support our North American customers in change management and to foster the adoption of our solution by delivering advanced customization services on top of our standard platform, to best address our customer's specific needs. This position will focus primarily on assisting our largest and most demanding customers.

Your role
As a Senior Technical Specialist (Sports Ticketing Platform Solution) you'll be responsible for the following activities :
- Contributing to the deployment of our solution according to standard process and tools
- Helping the onboarding team deliver projects and tasks on-time, within scope, quality and budget
- Plan and coordinate a set of tasks that are part of the deployment of our solution
- Delivering professional services related to ticketing configuration and / or data import
- Configuring advanced functionalities in our ticketing platform, requiring some technical skills
- Customizing front-end web portals to fulfil customer's specific needs
- Provide technical support related to third-party system integration
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed
