Position Overview :
We are seeking a Product Manager for Lighting Product Development to lead the development and improvement of our lighting products. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including assembly, testing, and overseas manufacturing partners, to ensure high-quality and innovative lighting solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead new lighting product development from concept to production.
- Partner with the assembly team to streamline processes and ensure efficient product assembly.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure successful product development.
- Work closely with overseas factories to enhance products and ensure quality standards.
- Oversee UL, ETL, and other product safety testing and certifications.
- Perform dimming tests to check compatibility and performance with lighting systems.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
- Provide technical support and product training as needed.

Qualifications :
Pay Range : $30 - $45 per hour
