Job purpose
The Quality Manager oversees all aspects of quality management within the company. They are responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, as well as ensuring that quality control measures are in place to monitor and maintain excellence. They shall identify quality control problems and make recommendations for solutions. The position is based out of our Corporate Office in Piedmont, SC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Establish and maintain quality control processes to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess quality standards and identify deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality management principles and practices.
- Analyze data and metrics to track quality performance and identify trends or patterns that may impact quality.
- Manage the documentation and record-keeping process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead investigations into customer complaints or quality incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on quality performance and recommend strategies for improvement.
Qualifications
- 10 years’ Electrical Construction experience (Industrial/Commercial)
- Thorough knowledge of code and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs.
- Thorough working knowledge of construction disciplines and phases of construction.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good client relations skills are a must.
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Procore Experience a plus

Working conditions
Must be able to work flexible hours and travel to any jobsite or office, which may include overnight stays.
