This internship will start June 16th and run through August 15th in our Bay area communities, with two weeks in our AlmaVia of Camarillo community in Southern California (travel and accommodations will be provided for stay in Camarillo). Transforming Age - Elder Care Alliance
Our ROAD Interns :
- Rotate through several teams and be responsible for various activities and assignments, such as Lifestyle / Activities, Dining Service , and Sales & Marketing.
- Develop relationships with mentors, team members and residents / clients
- Learn about programs, processes, policies, products and applications to serve our residents / clients and our business
- Complete and present a ROAD Internship project to Senior Leadership Team
- Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Elder Care Alliance and Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment toCulture of Excellence and strategic goals
- Performother duties as assigned
