About This Career Opportunity :
Sales and Marketing Director :
- Responsible for planning, developing, directing and coordinating all aspects of sales and marketing for the Community.
- Develops the annual marketing plan and budget with input from Executive Staff to optimize program offerings to identified markets of older adults.
- Participates in planning new unit availability, pricing levels, marketable services, and advertising themes.
- Effective management of a team of marketing professionals and coordination with the Corporate VP of Sales and Marketing.
Are You Qualified? :
Here's what you need :
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
Minimum five years marketing and sales management experience.
Working knowledge of regulatory guidelines for Residential Care Facilities.
