WE ARE SEEKING FOR CARING and COMMITTED CAREGIVERS FOR LIVE IN CASES LOCATED IN FAIRFIELD COUNTY (i.e. Stamford, Greenwich, Westport, Wilton, New Canaan, Darien, Fairfield, Danbury, Ridgefield, New Fairfield, New Milford, Bethel, Sherman and surrounding areas).

Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals
- Assist with mobility\ambulation around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.)
- Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incident to your applications manager
- Provide caring companionship and provide meaningful activities, that are essential for daily living, to keep client engaged
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare, or in-home care environment Required (6 months minimum experience)
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their family as well as care coordinators, on call staff and other internal staff.
- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting. Eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with the physical capability to perform job-related duties
- Must have reliable transportation
- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
- Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Physical (within the last 12 months) Required
- 2 Professional References Required
