Seeking reliable experienced caregivers to join our team!
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays 8:30am - 5:00pm
Duties:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
Skills/Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in senior care, hospice care, or assisted living is required
- Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and medical terminology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and empathy
- Knowledge of social work principles and techniques is beneficial
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
