Job description
Elder Outreach Administrative Solutions, a management company in the healthcare industry, is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join the team. This position is a full time position that requires payroll and analytical experience preferably with health care industry knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include assisting with processing payroll, reconciling, and analyzing multi-entity payroll reports (biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) for accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Other duties include entering salary adjustments, PTO accruals and requests, assisting with required government reporting, including but not limited to Payroll Based Journal to CMS, and assisting with month end closing to ensure accurate reporting of time, salaries, and benefits.
Experience Required:
UKG Experience
4-6 years of relevant work experience, knowledge of payroll systems, payroll operations, and payroll transactions.
Experience with in-house healthcare payroll, multi-entity, and working with 500 employees
Education:
Requires High School Diploma
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business or Related Field highly preferred
