Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to clients in their own homes. This role is crucial in ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients while assisting with their daily activities and medical needs.
Duties
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Document client care activities accurately in care records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in senior care or home care settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology is essential.
- Ability to perform basic care documentation accurately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality client care.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of an accredited nursing assistant program is required OR current enrollment/completion of Personal Support Specialist training program.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 7 – 40 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
