This is a unique opportunity to work on an exciting project that is very rewarding and join a growing center of excellence in machine learning and artificial intelligence within the Intelligence Community. You will work to enhance existing analytic tradecraft and help to craft new practices and capabilities for the Intelligence Community. You will work across the analytic lifecycle : integrating data from a variety of sources, training foundation models, fine-tuning existing models to address real-world intelligence questions, evaluating results, and crafting compelling reports and documentation for technical peers and decision makers.Job Specifications / Requirements : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, International Relations, Mathematics, Statistics, Political Science, or related field.Experience with Python, R or related programming languages.Knowledge of and at least one year of experience with machine learning, computer vision or object detection (exposure to pytorch, tensorflow, and overheard imagery ideal) OR exposure to large language models and associated tools.About Elder Research, IncElder Research is a growing consulting firm specializing in data (analytics, data science, AI and machine learning), and related strategy and training.
