Position Information

Our Garden Leader uses:

• Plant knowledge and passion to help customers with their garden or landscaping needs,
• Customer-service driven and a critical eye to notice when customers need assistance or merchandise needs attention.
• Creativity to display plants and garden accessories to demonstrate design ideas,
• Care in tending to our lush plants, shrubs, trees and

Qualifications:

• 1 year of retail experience in a garden center or nursery. Lead or supervisory experience a big plus.
• Computer proficiency with inventory control and point-of-sale software. Epicor (point-of-sale) and Microsoft Office experience highly desired.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detail.
• Available to work some evenings and at least one weekend day.
• Physical requirements: work outside in summer/winter temperatures, standing or walking throughout the shift, lifting up to 50lbs, bending, pushing/pulling, etc.
