We are looking for compassionate, professional, dependable caregivers to help make a difference in the lives of our elderly clients. The position is assisting with light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, companionship, personal care, and more. We match you skill level to that of our clients needs.
Position Offered: Full-Time with Guaranteed Hours
- Location: Sellersburg, IN needing 24/7 care - Shift 8a-8p, 8p-8a
Competitive Pay - based on skills and willingness to be trained

QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
- Follow and implement the client’s provided plan of care
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering your scheduled shifts
- Must be able to be reached via phone or email for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies
- Flexible and adaptable to new situations
- Valid driver’s license/Photo ID - transportation preferred
- Tolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats) is a plus

As a Caregiver with ElderCare 4 Families you will:
- Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including personal care, companionship and social engagement
- Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
- Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Evidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience in caring for Seniors and/or Disabled Adults professionally or personally.
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
