Our family in St. Cloud, Florida is in search of a caring and dedicated elder care provider to join our family in providing the best care possible. We are offering a part-time position to provide companionship, cooking meals and taking our father to his medical appointments to include two full 5-6 hours on a 2 Saturdays per month spend the entire afternoon with him. We would want someone that can take him on outings during this time and he is mobile enough with his walker to get around but after his physical therapy he shouldn’t need a walker.The ideal candidate should be compassionate, patient, and capable of assisting with personal care needs, mobility and taking him outside on walks or sit in the patio. Your role will also involve providing support with meal preparation lunch and dinner prior to departing for the day .We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $16.00 but rate is negotiable based on your distance, ability to drive him to his physical therapy or medical appointments or just a regular outing to a store. Our dad has his own room with a bathroom a sink. A nice living room with a television and a fireplace are within walking distance for him to move around. Our home offers a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere.
