Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. Although our mission is to serve the senior population, we also provide cleaning services to anyone in need. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and an ability to work independently or as part of a team. We are seeking someone looking for long-term work, not temporary, so we can establish a relationship and trust with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, showers, etc. (Biweekly or monthly home cleanings are offered to our clients).
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
- Must have CLEAN BACKGROUND CHECK and reliable transportation.
Experience
- Previous experience in custodial or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction is essential for success in this role.
