General Summary: Under the supervision of the Center Administrator, provides support and assistance in maintaining the property, plant, and equipment of Elderhaus. Maintains cleanliness and performs assigned tasks to maintain Elderhaus in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition, following all
State, Federal, and Local requirements. Performs housekeeping, cleaning activities, and floor care within well established guidelines, to ensure a healthy, clean environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation. Must be able to meet EveryAge’s auto insurance carrier's standards for coverage.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Previous custodial or janitorial experience in health care or school system preferred.

Salary Range
Elderhaus's compensation system is reviewed annually and adjusted as needed after thorough evaluation of market data. Employees are fairly compensated in conformance with their education, experience, and training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
