Administrator RTH
The Administrator of the Residential Treatment Facility, is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the program. The Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the program and setting stay in compliance with all state, federal, and local rules and regulations.

Our Programs
Elderly and Disabled Services (EDS) is based in Southern Oregon. Currently, EDS offers three levels of care: AFH, RTH, and SRTF. Our programs offer a wide variety of therapeutic treatment administered by a highly trained and compassionate team. The goal is to provide both treatment and support for those needing rehabilitation from mental illness symptoms. EDS strives to create an environment where healing and restoration can occur for all individuals.

Position Overview
This Administrator is responsible for the overall operation and success of the program. The Administrator maintains personnel, client, and program records, including the accounting of client and facility funds, training, and medical records. The Administrator hires, supervises, evaluates, and mentors employees. They will be working with community partners such as State and County officials, therapists, physicians, discharge planners, guardians and other outside agencies. It is the responsibility of the Administrator to always ensure the well-being of clients and staff. OAR compliance and licensing is a vital part of this position.
Qualifications
Qualified applicants must have either a Bachelor's in Psychology or a related field and/or at least 3 years experience in the mental health field. 2 years of management experience in a mental health care setting (RTH, RTF, SRTF, Outpatient, PSRB, etc.) preferred. Qualified applicants must demonstrate competence in leadership planning, supervision of staff, budgeting, and fiscal management. Qualified applicants must also have a valid Oregon driver’s license and the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
