Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various levels of the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of employee orientation, evaluation processes, and the use of HR systems. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and culture.
Duties
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms such as iCIMS, Salesforce, and Paychex for efficient talent management.
- Conduct employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
- Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to enhance retention and development.
- Engage in executive recruiting efforts to fill high-level positions within the organization.
- Perform cold calling to identify potential candidates and build a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
- Experience in Human Resources.
- Home Care Experience a PLUS.
- Experience in employee orientation, evaluation, and talent management practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with executive recruiting practices is a plus.
- A proactive approach to cold calling and networking within industry circles.
