Duties

- Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for various programs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create individualized service plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Provide training and support to staff on best practices in behavioral health and working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program management, administrative tasks, and supervising staff.
- Background in social work or related fields is preferred.
- Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in relationship management and communication to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of budgeting processes and resource management within a service delivery context.
