Are you ready to bring your passion and skills as a Client Service Representative to a growing and thriving practice? Look no further! We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our tenured and thriving team. This is a full-time position. Compensation for this role is $18- 20/hour based on experience, and opportunities for overtime. Generous benefits package for full-time employees including: health insurance, paid time off, scrub allowance, pet discount, and more (see below). Shifts are 8 or 12 hours. Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM and Sat 8 AM - 1PM.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and fielding questions from clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Warmly greeting clients upon entry, assisting with admitting patients, and ensuring a comfortable experience for both pets and their owners.
- Managing invoicing processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Triage patients upon entry to ensure timely and appropriate care.
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
- Mitigating customer service issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Paid Time Off: 40 hours first year (accrued, PTO is a combination of sick/MD safe sick leave and vacation time)

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the veterinary or animal care field
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to utilize software effectively for patient records
- Team player/ flexibility with scheduling
- Effective communication skills
- Professionalism and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and thrive in a dynamic environment
