Are you ready to bring your passion and skills as a Client Service Representative to a growing and thriving practice? Look no further! We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our tenured and thriving team. This is a full-time position. Compensation for this role is $18- 20/hour based on experience, and opportunities for overtime. Generous benefits package for full-time employees including: health insurance, paid time off, scrub allowance, pet discount, and more (see below). Shifts are 8 or 12 hours. Hours of operation are Mon-Fri 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM and Sat 8 AM - 1PM.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones and fielding questions from clients with professionalism and empathy.
• Warmly greeting clients upon entry, assisting with admitting patients, and ensuring a comfortable experience for both pets and their owners.
• Managing invoicing processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Triage patients upon entry to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Assisting veterinarians and technicians as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
• Mitigating customer service issues and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Scrub Allowance: Eligible on 1st day
• Paid Time Off: 40 hours first year (accrued, PTO is a combination of sick/MD safe sick leave and vacation time)
• Paid Holidays: 6 Paid Holidays (eligible after 90 days)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the veterinary or animal care field
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to utilize software effectively for patient records
• Team player/ flexibility with scheduling
• Effective communication skills
• Professionalism and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and thrive in a dynamic environment
