Elderwood is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team as a Resident Care Supervisor. As a member of our assisted living and adult home communities, you will promote independence while providing the right amount of assistance with daily needs. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring residents' comfort and safety.
The successful candidate will supervise and administer medications to assigned residents, monitor personal care provided by Resident Assistants, and report any changes in condition to the next shift's staff and the Resident Care Manager. This role requires strong organizational skills, ability to supervise department staff effectively, and excellent communication skills.
