Position Overview :
- As a Graduate LPN, you'll be a vital part of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for managing the clinical care of residents and sub-acute patients.
- You'll have the opportunity to gain extensive clinical experience while ensuring the health and well-being of our residents through direct nursing care.
- Your role will involve planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating resident care to maintain the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
