Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is highly desirable and will be considered a significant asset for candidates.
Position Overview:
- The Clinical Applications Specialist (RN/LPN) will be responsible for supporting clinical applications working collaboratively with facility and corporate management staff representatives to ensure computer and software education needs are met for all staff members.
- This is a hybrid position; remote work coupled with office and site travel (as needed).
- This is a Full Time opportunity.

RN/L - Clinical Applications Specialist:
- Credentialed RN or LPN
- Minimum of five (5) years of work-related experience with EMR applications
- EMR training & configuration experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide hands on technical support in a classroom or facility user environment
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service
- Travel required to assigned facilities, including overnight
- Current, valid driver license
