Fulfillment Associate

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders within our warehouse environment. You will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems and a strong commitment to quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage order fulfillment processes.
• Load and unload products from delivery vehicles, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and safety protocols while performing tasks in the warehouse.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, handling materials that may weigh up to 50 pounds or more.
• Utilize cranes and other heavy equipment safely for moving large items within the facility.
• Build pallets of products for shipping, ensuring that all items are securely packed.
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory movement and assist in maintaining stock levels.
• Participate in materials handling activities to ensure efficient workflow throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Job Types: Contract, Temp-to-hire

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Princeton Junction, NJ 08550: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
