Content Specialist
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional to join our team as a Content Specialist! As the Content Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, writing, and managing Stutsman content and communication across digital and traditional channels. This is a full-time, salaried position located at our headquarters in Hills, Iowa daily.

Responsibilities
- Understands overall company goals, priorities, and product seasonality to help develop and execute creative content.
- Effectively and efficiently manages time to execute multiple projects simultaneously and plans according to priority. Must be able to easily switch focus when directions and priorities shift.
- Shares ideas clearly and concisely with the appropriate target audience.
- Collaborates with Stutsman team members to execute marketing initiatives, keeping project stakeholders updated on campaign or project progress.
- Identifies marketing and communication opportunities and meets them with innovative approaches and ideas. Can tackle problems/challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Dedicates efforts to learn about a variety of industry topics, products, and services. Actively acquires new marketing skills and stays current on shifting marketing and industry trends. Shares knowledge, skills, and tools to help improve team performance.
- Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and quality on all projects and marketing initiatives.
- Monitors content performance, converts data into meaningful analysis/actionable plans, and identifies trends to help structure future content and campaigns.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong written and visual storytelling skills to create compelling and creative content for multiple channels including social media, website, blogs, advertisements, collaterals, and publications
- Photography and videography skills
- Understands SEO principles to optimize website copy for search
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro or Audition
- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural business, agricultural communications, marketing, business, journalism or related fields
- Experience and/or background in the agriculture industry is preferred
- Occasional duties outside of traditional work hours may be required
- Possesses and maintains a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
