Outside Sales Representative

As the Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for promoting products offered by our Wholesale Hose and Valve Division under the guidance of our experienced sales team. This is full-time role based at our headquarters in Hills, IA with statewide travel in Iowa required.

Responsibilities
- Represent our company and showcase our products through in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to current and potential customers.
- Travel across Iowa, building and maintaining relationships with clients in a variety of industries.
- Learn the art of sales from seasoned professionals with 40 years of experience, gaining insights and skills that will set you up for long-term success.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services offered by our Wholesale Hose & Valve division to provide tailored solutions to customers’ needs.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals, while continuously developing your skills through hands-on training and mentorship.
- Enjoy the thrill of new experiences as you explore new locations, meet people, and solve unique challenges every day.

Requirements
- Must be a recent college graduate or have a May 2025 graduation date with a bachelor’s degree in sales, business, or a related field.
- A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn from others.
- Someone who thrives in face-to-face settings, loves product demonstration, and enjoys building relationships with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who values mentorship and is excited to learn from experienced sales professionals.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and the ability to travel within Iowa, occasionally working outside of the traditional office environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
