Responsibilities:
- Brand Management: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance the brand visibility and reputation of Eldon Drug Company and its subsidiaries, including Eldon Drug Co, Eldon Drug Co Compounding Pharmacy, Eldon Drug Co Medical Equipment, Vitality Medical Group, and NextRx.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to engage with our target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to educate and inform our audience about our products and services.
- Graphic Design: Design visually appealing marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, posters, and social media graphics, using tools like Adobe Illustrator or Canva.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and businesses through outreach and networking events.
- Sales and Business Development: Actively seek out new business opportunities by visiting doctor's offices, clinics, and hospitals to introduce new products and services.
- Event Planning and Execution: Organize and manage company events, such as health fairs, workshops, and community gatherings.
- Website Management: Maintain and update the company website to ensure it is informative, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or higher in marketing, design, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and graphic design.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and analytics software.
