Position Mission
The Shift (Junior) Engineer is responsible for maintaining the production line and auxiliary equipment, ensuring production efficiency, quality targets, and meeting customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient operation of the production line and auxiliary equipment.
- Maintain production line and auxiliary equipment in proper working condition, replacing broken or faulty equipment as needed.
- Have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings, designs, and product specifications.
- Apply analytical thinking to solve machine breakdowns, identify root causes, and propose modifications to prevent future failures.
- Complete machine breakdown service orders accurately.
- SUPPORT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS.
- ASSIST WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW PRODUCTS/PROCESSSES IN THE PRODUCTION PROCESS.
- Communicate and coordinate with Production and Quality teams as necessary to improve processes.
- Comply with all applicable EHS requirements.
- Adhere to the 7S rules.
Education Requirements:
- Technical high school diploma or higher.
- Electrical certificate.
Experience Requirements:
- Three years of experience in production, maintenance, FMCG, or automotive areas, with experience operating highly automated production lines.
- Experience in mechanics, electrical, electronics, and pneumatics.
- Automation experience.
- Familiarity with lathe, milling, grinding, CNC, and other mechanical machining equipment is desirable.
- Programming background is a plus.
