Full-time Hourly Positions ranging from $18.00-$21.00 DOE plus benefits.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute all brunch menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout service.
- Follow recipes, prep lists, and kitchen procedures with consistency and accuracy.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
- Uphold kitchen safety, sanitation, and food handling standards.
- Contribute to prep and cleanup duties as needed, ensuring smooth transitions before and after service.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and minimizing food waste.
- Take direction from kitchen leadership and show initiative in maintaining high kitchen standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen; brunch or breakfast service experience preferred.
- Strong knife skills, station organization, and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with brunch staples (eggs, griddles, sauces, etc.) and willingness to learn new techniques.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
