Summary
As a Fruit Bouquet Designer at elé Cake Co., you will play an integral role in crafting beautiful and delicious bouquets that bring joy to our customers' celebrations. This position is vital to our mission of delivering pure decadence while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Create fruit bouquets and chocolate dipped strawberries according to customer specifications.
- Wash, cut and prep all fruit checking for quality and freshness.
- Dip and package chocolate dipped treats.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all finished products.
- Manage inventory of supplies and ingredients to ensure timely production.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen environment.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in a bakery or food service setting preferred.
- Experience as a floral designer helpful.
- Strong artistic skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
- Ability to work alone or collaboratively within a team environment.
