As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be the engine driving the success of our 10-truck fleet. Every day, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations, while fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Be the Hero of the Road: Manage daily fleet performance, ensuring deliveries are timely, cost-effective, and compliant with DOT regulations.
- Master the Art of Booking: Use your expert skills on DAT and other load boards to secure high-value loads and keep operations humming.
- Keep the Fleet in Top Shape: Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections, keeping our trucks road-ready and reliable.
- Crunch the Numbers: Analyze performance metrics like fuel efficiency and delivery timeliness to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the Team: Address driver concerns with empathy and efficiency, creating an environment where everyone thrives.
