Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize various platforms for lead generation and candidate sourcing, including social media and job boards.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on their skills, and experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems such as TenStreet.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment software such as TenStreet/HireRight is preferred.
• Experience with internal recruiting processes and sales-oriented recruiting strategies.
• Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate offer discussions with candidates.
• Ability to generate leads through innovative sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $48,955.00 - $55,787.00 per year
