Role Overview:
As the Social Media Marketing Specialist and Brand Ambassador, you'll represent the heart of ELE Logistics. You'll create engaging content, promote our brand across social platforms, and connect with audiences to amplify our message. If you’re passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and making an impact, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage creative social media campaigns that align with our brand values: Empower, Lead, and Excel.
- Create compelling and visually engaging content (videos, graphics, posts) to promote ELE Logistics on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Appoint the face and voice of ELE Logistics, engaging with audiences to build and maintain strong online relationships.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies for maximum engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase our trucking expertise, services, and team culture.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep ELE Logistics at the forefront of digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their advertising tools.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and design skills.
- Passion for the trucking and logistics industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and bring innovative ideas to the table.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
