OVERVIEW :
Eleccion is seeking an Expert Systems Engineer to serve as the Requirements Engineer for our client. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable in the subject matter outlined, build relationships easily, leverage strong communication skills, and demonstrate experience with innovation and the innovation lifecycle.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Plan, implement, test, and document enterprise-wide solutions for total systems or subsystems using internally created and / or off the shelf products.
- Analyze and identify all or part of the customer's existing or new systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs, and establish functional and technical specifications and standards.
- Solve interface problems, define input / output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem.
- Provide project management support including development of requirements, project plans, needs assessment, and transition planning
- Perform traditional Systems Engineering at the enterprise / strategic level within the context of the political landscape, operational restrictions and changes, and interacting systems across then customer's organization.
- Identify integration issues and coordinate Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) to resolve them.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, as well as handle complaints, settle disputes and resolve conflicts.
