We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist to join our Safety team in Texas. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety and environmental programs aligned with OSHA and local standards.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits to ensure best practices.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training, including PPE usage and hazard recognition.
- Facilitate regular toolbox talks and emergency drills.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with field teams and management to promote a proactive safety culture.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience in construction or electrical safety roles.
- OSHA 10/30, Forklift, Crane or CHST certifications preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and state-specific regulations.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Valid driver’s license; regular travel to job sites required.
